Heritage tasters
The tea is harvested from a Japanese tea bush known as Benifuki that was gifted to the estate. The tea is harvested from one leaf and a bud. It has a natural rosy aroma with a jasmine floral flavour.
Our scandalous take on a much cherished aristocratic classic. A light, golden tea scented with bergamot, orange and lemon peel that leaves the pallet feeling refreshed with a pleasant citrus flavour.
The cool weather, high elevation, and hand picking produces one of the worlds most sought after teas. It takes almost five kilos of hand-picked buds to produce one kilo of this very special tea.
